Cancer Awareness Tournament Results - Men's and Mixed

The Men played 6 games against each team and earned 2 points for a win, 1 point for a tie and 0 for a loss.

Congratulations to the team of Bob Gibson/Manfred Sohni  for winning the Men’s Doubles as the winning team in a play off against Ken Civiello and Jerry Grayson. 

Mixed doubles today had lots of great matches:

 The morning session was won by the team of Ken Civiello/Doris Grayson in a 10-7 tie break against the team of Bob Gibson/Mary Anderson.

 The afternoon session was won by the team of Pete McGannon/Helen Arnold in an 11=9 tie break against the team of Manfred Sohni/Patti Blessen.

 The tie break between the two sessions was won by the team of Ken Civiello/Doris Grayson in a 10=8 tie break against the team of Pete McGannon/Helen Arnold.

 Congratulations to all the winning teams in the Palm Creek Tennis Club Cancer Awareness Tournament.  And, everyone who played was a winner in supporting this very worthy cause.

 If you don’t make it to the dinner tomorrow night, please make sure you thank Jean McConnell and Mary Anderson for the excellent job on this tournament!!!
